We were looking to replace A/C, furnace and water heater and had a number of companies provide quotes. Brian of Cozy Comfort Plus was the most engaging person we met and most importantly, the person we trusted the most. His price was very competitive and we decided to go with him. His team of four men, led by Mir, came in and got the job done in one day. We are very happy with the Lennox equipment and the professional installation job done by Cozy Comfort Plus.

Brian once again helped me with my project. Before I have installed a gas fireplace and this time I have installed an LG heat pump with 3 indoor heads. We had an amazing experience with Brian and his team for both projects from quote to installation. Brian is experienced, patient, reliable, and provides great friendly service. Outstanding. We got a "red tag" from Enbridge for a leak. Cozy Comfort's experienced technician came by and fixed the problem in less than an hour for a reasonable rate.

The company whose installation caused this problem in the first place quoted me over $1000 for a rebuild of the exhaust vent which is just PVC pipes and would have left us without hot water for over a week. I'll go with Cozy Comfort Plus for all my heating & cooling maintenance from now on.
