Cozy Comfort Plus is a family-owned HVAC and fireplace company based in Toronto, serving homeowners and businesses across the Greater Toronto Area. Since 1992, we have helped customers with heating, cooling and fireplace installation, replacement, repair and maintenance.
Our experience, however, began long before Cozy Comfort Plus opened its doors.
The family’s connection to the trade reaches back to the early 1900s, when Brian’s grandfather worked as a handyman before opening his own hardware store and selling heating equipment. That experience and commitment to practical workmanship continued through the family and eventually led Brian to establish Cozy Comfort Plus.
Today, we combine that history with modern HVAC technology, professional installation and a broad selection of heating, cooling and fireplace solutions.

Cozy Comfort Plus has grown into a heating, cooling and fireplace company serving residential and commercial customers in Toronto and the GTA.
Our team works with a range of home comfort equipment, including furnaces, heat pumps, central air conditioners, ductless systems, boilers, tankless water heaters, indoor air quality products, gas fireplaces and electric fireplaces.
We help customers at different stages of the equipment lifecycle. Sometimes that means diagnosing and repairing an existing system. In other cases, it means replacing aging equipment, planning a new installation or comparing different technologies before making an investment.

The story behind Cozy Comfort Plus did not begin with a modern HVAC showroom or a website. It began with hands-on work.
In the early 1900s, Brian’s grandfather worked as a handyman before opening his own hardware store, where heating equipment became part of the family’s work. The knowledge gained through those early years was passed from one generation to the next.
In 1992, Brian founded Cozy Comfort Plus and carried that family experience into a company dedicated to heating, cooling and home comfort.
Over the decades, the technology has changed considerably. Furnaces have become more advanced, air conditioning systems more efficient, heat pumps have become an increasingly important part of modern home comfort, and homeowners now have far more fireplace options to consider.
The principle behind our work has remained much simpler: understand what the customer needs, recommend appropriate options and complete the work professionally.
