I had contacted this company on Oct 5th, 2023. They are very helpful and responsive. They helped with quick installation and the men worked tirelessly through the process for great success. I got heating pumps installed in multiple places that came with a remote for each. Excellent services from Brian, Kaz and Hamid. They work very well and understands the business qualities.

We are so happy with the service, support and product that we received from Cozy Comfort Plus. Brian was incredible to work with, he took the time to understand what we were looking for and helped us with the designs and what the best fireplace for us might be. He is extremely easy to work with, very easy to communicate with and so fast and responsive!

Everything happened exactly on schedule and as planned. It was a well oiled machine!! The crews that were here to build everything were super friendly, kind, courteous and knowledgeable.

This company has excellent products and even better service, and it shows through client interaction. They care about their customers and complete their work in a timely fashion. Best of all they leave the work area in cleaner condition than when they arrived.
