Main-grid cooking

A basic configuration can suit everyday grilling when extra cooking stations are unnecessary. Check usable space and burner control against your usual food quantities.

Rear infrared burner

This option supports rotisserie-style roasting with compatible equipment. Verify whether the spit and motor are included in the quoted package.

Infrared side station

A separate searing area can free the main grid for other food. Allow appropriate working space beside it and confirm the exact burner fitted.

Compare the exact model generation

Black, stainless and coloured finishes do not establish identical specifications. The older P500 and RSIB listings should be compared using their own documents rather than the features advertised for a current redesign.

Check cooking grids, ignition, controls and accessory fit by the full model number. A replacement cover or rotisserie assembly should not be selected solely from the Prestige name.

Installation and ownership costs

Choose the appropriate natural-gas or propane model and have the supply assessed. In Toronto and the GTA, outdoor placement must satisfy the appliance instructions and relevant building restrictions; a balcony is not automatically an approved location.

Measure the grill with shelves and lid open, and confirm delivery access. Ask whether the installed price includes assembly, connection work and any changes to the existing gas line. A higher total burner input is not by itself evidence of better cooking performance or lower fuel use.
