Outstanding. We got a "red tag" from Enbridge for a leak. Cozy Comfort's experienced technician came by and fixed the problem in less than an hour for a reasonable rate.

The company whose installation caused this problem in the first place quoted me over $1000 for a rebuild of the exhaust vent which is just PVC pipes and would have left us without hot water for over a week. I'll go with Cozy Comfort Plus for all my heating & cooling maintenance from now on.

I've been a client of Cozy Comfort for 15 yrs. for any HVAC need or service.

My AC broke down in the heat wave and could not be repaired. I called and talked to Brian @ Cozy Comfort.
Explained I was looking for a specific Carrier model and a humidifier as well.
He managed to find it and had both installed by tech. Alex and his crew within a few days. They did a good job and took all garbage with them.

While being installed, other companies I had called for a quote were calling me to inquire what I was looking for. Told them too late!

During this unexpected breakdown in prime summer heat, Brian was patient, quick and fair getting the job done quickly.

These days it is difficult to give a positive review but I highly recommend dealing with Brian at Cozy Comfort for any service they offer.

We live in a condo, which uses a magicpak combo AC/furnace. Called numerous places, including the large companies you would expect, and either they weren't able to service this type of AC or the wait time, and cost of replacement was absurd. We looked on homestar, fortunately for us came across Brian at cozy comfort plus, gave him a call. Brian gave us options to repair or replace the unit, different payment options as well. We ended up replacing it with a newer more powerful unit. The price, with everything, tax labour the cost of the newer more powerful unit was way lower than anything else that we were quoted. Customer service was amazing. The HVAC guys who installed it were amazing, Brian was amazing, walked us through everything, always picked up the phone when we had questions. I couldn't recommend them enough. Not only will we only use them going forward, we'll recommend them to all our family and friends.
