Every aspect of working with Cozy Comfort Plus has been perfect. The company calls and schedules our appointment (I don't have to worry about when I need to have it done) and they are work with my schedule, even when I have to change it last minute. The technician gave me a 45 minute warning which allowed me to walk my new dog and have her tired and relaxed before he arrive (thank goodness). When he arrived he was curtious and provided me with great information that I didn't even know about my machine (winter/summer mode switch) the need for me to change my filter more often now that I have a dog that sheds (all our other dogs never shed so I didn't even think about it until he showed me the filter (wow this dog sheds), he also showed me what could happen to your AC if it isn't looked after...wow I am so glad they service my AC it certainly will have a much longer life! Thanks so much for the kind, friendly service, teaching me about my Furnace and AC and how to keep my house cooled properly , efficiently and at a cost savings (cooling my house and having a longer lasting AC) The technician also explained the bill to me and had no problem adding an extra filter when I notice that they weren't that expensive, now I have one to easily change if I find the pets are making it necessary.
