From installation to maintenance, Cozy Comfort Plus Inc. provided us with prompt, quality service. It took under a day to install our Mitsubishi split-type air conditioner in May, 2021. This week, they attended to cleaning our unit’s filters in less than a day’s notice. The technician explained how to remove, clean and reinstall the filters ourselves which will save us money down the road. I highly recommend Cozy Comfort without reservation.

Brian once again helped me with my project. Before I have installed a gas fireplace and this time I have installed an LG heat pump with 3 indoor heads. Outstanding. We got a "red tag" from Enbridge for a leak. Cozy Comfort's experienced technician came by and fixed the problem in less than an hour for a reasonable rate.

The company whose installation caused this problem in the first place quoted me over $1000 for a rebuild of the exhaust vent which is just PVC pipes and would have left us without hot water for over a week. I'll go with Cozy Comfort Plus for all my heating & cooling maintenance from now on.
