Brian and his team were very professional, the customer service was excellent and their prices are very competitive. One month after the installation of our tankless water heater, everything is running and operating as promised! I had the most fabulous experience with Cozy Comfort Plus! Brian was very responsive for my first outreach all the way through to the completion of my beautiful fireplace! I live in a condo and as such, things are not straightforward when it comes to having work completed. When my furnace broke down last winter, we were without heat for two weeks while the HVAC company sourced the parts from the US. I wanted to install a gas fireplace insert to replace my existing gas log set and to act as a backup heat source (e.g. furnace breaks down again, no power). I had a number of questions about the various gas fireplace inserts (e.g. size and fit in my old fireplace) and I contacted several HVAC companies.

I was home at the time and I saw that the Cozy team did a great job installing the gas fireplace insert (e.g., assembling and fitting the insert, bending and capping the chimney, etc.).
