We live in a condo, which uses a magicpak combo AC/furnace. Called numerous places, including the large companies you would expect, and either they weren't able to service this type of AC or the wait time, and cost of replacement was absurd. We looked on homestar, fortunately for us came across Brian at cozy comfort plus, gave him a call. Brian gave us options to repair or replace the unit, different payment options as well. We ended up replacing it with a newer more powerful unit. The price, with everything, tax labour the cost of the newer more powerful unit was way lower than anything else that we were quoted. Customer service was amazing. The HVAC guys who installed it were amazing, Brian was amazing, walked us through everything, always picked up the phone when we had questions. I couldn't recommend them enough. Not only will we only use them going forward, we'll recommend them to all our family and friends.

This week, they attended to cleaning our unit’s filters in less than a day’s notice. The technician explained how to remove, clean and reinstall the filters ourselves which will save us money down the road. I highly recommend Cozy Comfort without reservation.
