The Large Hampton Pro-Series Wood Insert has been designed with the newest in wood burning technology. This insert provides modern technology and traditional design, giving you the best of both worlds. When the included digital thermometer reaches the right temperature, use the bypass control to engage the catalyst; and watch your fire burn longer and more consistent, while still being environmentally friendly.

Delivering 14 hours or more of heat with a single load of wood; fuel is used to its full potential with only 1.8 g/hr. of emissions and 86.1% efficiency!

When my furnace broke down last winter, we were without heat for two weeks while the HVAC company sourced the parts from the US. I wanted to install a gas fireplace insert to replace my existing gas log set and to act as a backup heat source (e.g. furnace breaks down again, no power). I had a number of questions about the various gas fireplace inserts (e.g. size and fit in my old fireplace) and I contacted several HVAC companies.

I found that Brian from Cozy Comfort Plus to be the most helpful and he also gave me the best price. I was home at the time and I saw that the Cozy team did a great job installing the gas fireplace insert (e.g., assembling and fitting the insert, bending and capping the chimney, etc.). If you are looking for a gas fireplace insert, I would highly recommend that you give Brian a call.
