I've been a client of Cozy Comfort for 15 yrs. for any HVAC need or service.

My AC broke down in the heat wave and could not be repaired. I called and talked to Brian @ Cozy Comfort.
Explained I was looking for a specific Carrier model and a humidifier as well.
He managed to find it and had both installed by tech. Alex and his crew within a few days. They did a good job and took all garbage with them.

From installation to maintenance, Cozy Comfort Plus Inc. provided us with prompt, quality service. It took under a day to install our Mitsubishi split-type air conditioner in May, 2021. This week, they attended to cleaning our unit’s filters in less than a day’s notice. Outstanding. We got a "red tag" from Enbridge for a leak. Cozy Comfort's experienced technician came by and fixed the problem in less than an hour for a reasonable rate.

The company whose installation caused this problem in the first place quoted me over $1000 for a rebuild of the exhaust vent which is just PVC pipes and would have left us without hot water for over a week. I'll go with Cozy Comfort Plus for all my heating & cooling maintenance from now on.
