Rinnai FC824 Vent-free Fan Convectors Baseboard Heaters

I've been a client of Cozy Comfort for 15 yrs. for any HVAC need or service.

My AC broke down in the heat wave and could not be repaired. I called and talked to Brian @ Cozy Comfort.
Explained I was looking for a specific Carrier model and a humidifier as well.
He managed to find it and had both installed by tech. Alex and his crew within a few days. They did a good job and took all garbage with them.

While being installed, other companies I had called for a quote were calling me to inquire what I was looking for. Told them too late!

Maury from Cozy Comfort did a fantastic job of examining the functionality of my furnace and cleaning the major components. He tested my furnace to make sure that it would run efficiently in the winter. My humidifier was cleaned, the drip pad replaced and settings properly set up. I had my tankless water heater replaced through Cozy Comfort Plus. Brian was very helpful and his technician did his best to ensure the new model would fit the tight nook that the original one was in. The team installed the new heater quickly and ensured the location was clean afterwards. Overall, I was very satisfied with the installation and service.
