Celebrating the Cozy Comfort Plus Team at the 2018 Holiday Party

On Friday, December 21, 2018, the Cozy Comfort Plus team gathered together for a festive lunch to honour their employees’ efforts and achievements over the past year. Bringing the team together is a very important component of the culture at Cozy Comfort Plus; collaborating and appreciating the unique gifts each member has to offer are two of the main reasons that this company continues to grow and achieve even greater levels of success. This tightly knit team culture directly translates to the care and dedication this team generously provides when serving customers.

Over a tasty meal, everyone at the restaurant could see (and hear) that this friendly group was having a wonderful time together. After so much hard work throughout 2018, this team deserved an opportunity to take a few hours away, laugh, reminisce and enjoy the company of one another. It was also a joy to see the youngest member of the Cozy Comfort Plus team take part in the festivities!

The message during this celebration was loud and clear; from sales to operations to administration (and every hard working professional in between), this engaged team truly works together and respects each other.

I've been a client of Cozy Comfort for 15 yrs. for any HVAC need or service.

My AC broke down in the heat wave and could not be repaired. I called and talked to Brian @ Cozy Comfort.
Explained I was looking for a specific Carrier model and a humidifier as well.
He managed to find it and had both installed by tech. Alex and his crew within a few days. They did a good job and took all garbage with them.

While being installed, other companies I had called for a quote were calling me to inquire what I was looking for. Told them too late!

During this unexpected breakdown in prime summer heat, Brian was patient, quick and fair getting the job done quickly.

These days it is difficult to give a positive review but I highly recommend dealing with Brian at Cozy Comfort for any service they offer.

Brian was very helpful and his technician did his best to ensure the new model would fit the tight nook that the original one was in. The team installed the new heater quickly and ensured the location was clean afterwards. Overall, I was very satisfied with the installation and service.

He tested my furnace to make sure that it would run efficiently in the winter. My humidifier was cleaned, the drip pad replaced and settings properly set up.
