We have implemented enhanced deep cleaning procedures of all our service trucks as well as as all facilities, modified processes to enable social distancing, and modified schedules to minimize employee gatherings, including remote working arrangements for those whose jobs allow. We have also provided comprehensive health and safety information to employees at all of our locations, and we will continue to work to identify additional ways to enhance the safety of our facilities.

I'm very grateful that he offered to lend me portable heaters to get by while my family waits for the new furnace to be delivered. Hamid was also great to work with, as he provided updates throughout the installation and recommended ventilating my home for 30 mins to remove any odors from the offgassing of my new furnace. Liz was very helpful with booking the service calls and getting my furnace registered for the warranty, and I'm very satisfied with the speedy and high-quality service. Our furnace stopped working in the middle of winter, and I reached out to Cozy Comfort—they did not disappoint!
Mory came to our house after 5 PM to assess the problem. Since the required parts weren’t available until the next day, he kindly left us with heaters overnight. He returned the next day, fixed the issue, and even installed a valve at no extra charge. Now our furnace is up and running again! I can’t thank Cozy Comfort enough for their excellent, honest service. Highly recommended!
