How Do ACs Work?

Everyone who has experienced the scorching hot and humid Toronto summers knows how great of an invention air conditioners are. Judging by the nice cool breeze that comes out of most Air Conditioners, you might be tempted to think that an AC takes the hot air in your house and cools it but what is actually doing is taking the hot air from your house and by using some clever science and mechanics it deposits it outside and what remains after taking the hot air out is the cool air that comes out.

Whatever the process, I sure am glad that a guy by the name Carrier came up with it over 100 years ago and thus starting a whole revolution in home comfort.

I had the most fabulous experience with Cozy Comfort Plus! Brian was very responsive for my first outreach all the way through to the completion of my beautiful fireplace! I live in a condo and as such, things are not straightforward when it comes to having work completed. There were a few extra hoops to jump through but Brian and his team were very diligent in ensuring that all the fittings were correct. I was so happy with my experience that I had them replace my furnace and add a smart home thermometer as well! I would highly recommend Brian and his team for their knowledge, skill and excellent customer service!

Highly recommended. Brian at Cozy Comfort Plus supplied and installed 6 ductless heads on two compressors. The price was very competitive. The installation crew lead by Hamid did a perfect job. They explained the best locations for the equipment and answered all my questions. The work was completed a very short time after signing the contract. The team cleaned up the job site very carefully every night and were very careful indoorA.

Brian and his team did a fantastic job replacing our tankless hot water heater for a fair price. Great work on a complicated job requiring new piping to be installed through our attic and roof. Would recommend this company to anyone!
