It took under a day to install our Mitsubishi split-type air conditioner in May, 2021. This week, they attended to cleaning our unit’s filters in less than a day’s notice. My AC broke down in the heat wave and could not be repaired. I called and talked to Brian @ Cozy Comfort.
Explained I was looking for a specific Carrier model and a humidifier as well.
He managed to find it and had both installed by tech. Alex and his crew within a few days. They did a good job and took all garbage with them.
While being installed, other companies I had called for a quote were calling me to inquire what I was looking for. Told them too late!
During this unexpected breakdown in prime summer heat, Brian was patient, quick and fair getting the job done quickly.
These days it is difficult to give a positive review but I highly recommend dealing with Brian at Cozy Comfort for any service they offer.
