When my furnace broke down last winter, we were without heat for two weeks while the HVAC company sourced the parts from the US. I wanted to install a gas fireplace insert to replace my existing gas log set and to act as a backup heat source (e.g. furnace breaks down again, no power). I had a number of questions about the various gas fireplace inserts (e.g. size and fit in my old fireplace) and I contacted several HVAC companies.

I found that Brian from Cozy Comfort Plus to be the most helpful and he also gave me the best price. I was home at the time and I saw that the Cozy team did a great job installing the gas fireplace insert (e.g., assembling and fitting the insert, bending and capping the chimney, etc.). If you are looking for a gas fireplace insert, I would highly recommend that you give Brian a call.

We purchased a gas insert for our home from the Cozy Comfort Plus. The whole process was super smooth and easy from the very beginning. Brian was very knowledgeable and professional. He patiently guided us through different options we had. The installation crew were also super friendly but at the same time professional and serious about their work.
