We purchased a gas insert for our home from the Cozy Comfort Plus. The whole process was super smooth and easy from the very beginning. Brian was very knowledgeable and professional. When my furnace broke down last winter, we were without heat for two weeks while the HVAC company sourced the parts from the US. I wanted to install a gas fireplace insert to replace my existing gas log set and to act as a backup heat source (e.g. furnace breaks down again, no power). I had a number of questions about the various gas fireplace inserts (e.g. size and fit in my old fireplace) and I contacted several HVAC companies.
