We purchased a gas insert for our home from the Cozy Comfort Plus. The whole process was super smooth and easy from the very beginning. Brian was very knowledgeable and professional. I wanted to install a gas fireplace insert to replace my existing gas log set and to act as a backup heat source (e.g. furnace breaks down again, no power). I had a number of questions about the various gas fireplace inserts (e.g. size and fit in my old fireplace) and I contacted several HVAC companies.
I found that Brian from Cozy Comfort Plus to be the most helpful and he also gave me the best price. I was home at the time and I saw that the Cozy team did a great job installing the gas fireplace insert (e.g., assembling and fitting the insert, bending and capping the chimney, etc.).
