I had the most fabulous experience with Cozy Comfort Plus! Brian was very responsive for my first outreach all the way through to the completion of my beautiful fireplace! I live in a condo and as such, things are not straightforward when it comes to having work completed. There were a few extra hoops to jump through but Brian and his team were very diligent in ensuring that all the fittings were correct. I was so happy with my experience that I had them replace my furnace and add a smart home thermometer as well! I would highly recommend Brian and his team for their knowledge, skill and excellent customer service!

Brian once again helped me with my project. Before I have installed a gas fireplace and this time I have installed an LG heat pump with 3 indoor heads. We had an amazing experience with Brian and his team for both projects from quote to installation. Brian is experienced, patient, reliable, and provides great friendly service. He’s also tells very interesting life stories which makes enhances the whole experience. All my future business is going to his company. Thanks again Brian!

Brian was incredible to work with, he took the time to understand what we were looking for and helped us with the designs and what the best fireplace for us might be. He is extremely easy to work with, very easy to communicate with and so fast and responsive!
