The LG Hydro Kit is a winner of the 2020 AHR EXPO Innovation Awards in the plumbing category. Designed to be used with LG’s Multi V 5, Multi V Water 5 Heat Pump and Heat Recovery systems, and Multi V S (48kBtu/h ~ 96kBtu/h for ARNH423K3A4 and 96kBtu/h for ARNH763K3A4), the LG High Temperature Hydro Kit is an indoor refrigerant to water heat exchanger, capable of using the rejected heat to provide hot water for applications where hot water is needed, including domestic hot water heating, radiant floor heating, historic radiators and more.

The Hydro Kit may be used in conjunction with single-phase Multi V S or three-phase Multi V 5 outdoor units, as well as with Multi V Water 5. The Hydro Kit system uses a refrigerant to water heat exchanger to produce heated water.

Field provided and mounted.

Field provided thermostat must be a 208V, 24V or mechanical type. Must be field adjustable heating only or cooling/heating with a manual changeover. Cooling and heating setpoint, deadband, and manual restart functions provided by Hydro Kit Controller are not available with use of a 3rd party thermostat. Cannot be used in conjunction with remote temperature sensor (K2 chassis). Field provided thermostat must be a line voltage (208V) heating only thermostat. Heating setpoint, deadband, and manual restart functions provided by Hydro Kit controller are not available with use of a 3rd party thermostat. Cannot be used in conjunction with remote temperature sensor (K3 chassis)

Wired Remote Group Control Cable Assembly (PZWRCG3) required and sold separately.

Monitoring capability available with LG’s AC Smart Premium or a BMS system integration gateway (sold separately). Requires a field provided LAN/internet connection or BMS system provided by others.

I've been a client of Cozy Comfort for 15 yrs. for any HVAC need or service.

We live in a condo, which uses a magicpak combo AC/furnace. Called numerous places, including the large companies you would expect, and either they weren't able to service this type of AC or the wait time, and cost of replacement was absurd. We looked on homestar, fortunately for us came across Brian at cozy comfort plus, gave him a call. Brian gave us options to repair or replace the unit, different payment options as well. We ended up replacing it with a newer more powerful unit. The price, with everything, tax labour the cost of the newer more powerful unit was way lower than anything else that we were quoted. Customer service was amazing. The HVAC guys who installed it were amazing, Brian was amazing, walked us through everything, always picked up the phone when we had questions. I couldn't recommend them enough. Not only will we only use them going forward, we'll recommend them to all our family and friends.

Outstanding. We got a "red tag" from Enbridge for a leak. Cozy Comfort's experienced technician came by and fixed the problem in less than an hour for a reasonable rate.

The company whose installation caused this problem in the first place quoted me over $1000 for a rebuild of the exhaust vent which is just PVC pipes and would have left us without hot water for over a week. I'll go with Cozy Comfort Plus for all my heating & cooling maintenance from now on.
