Mory is very experienced and quickly identified heat exchanger issues with my furnace. He was very helpful in advising what my options are. I'm very grateful that he offered to lend me portable heaters to get by while my family waits for the new furnace to be delivered. Hamid was also great to work with, as he provided updates throughout the installation and recommended ventilating my home for 30 mins to remove any odors from the offgassing of my new furnace. Liz was very helpful with booking the service calls and getting my furnace registered for the warranty, and I'm very satisfied with the speedy and high-quality service. It was much needed on a very cold week!

Brian and his team did a great job and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. They installed a new heat pump system, furnace and tankless water heater. They dealt with a faulty water heater tirelessly, trying diagnose an unusual code that kept coming on, eventually replacing the unit. I really appreciated their diligence in keeping me updated, and how swiftly it was switched out when necessary. I would highly recommend them for their work ethic and professionalism

Cozy comfort installed our furnace, central air and hot water a few years ago. They service the furnace and answer any questions and concerns promptly. Their customer service is excellent. I have referred them to friends and clients in the past, and will continue to do so. They follow up after their job is complete.
