HOW IT WORKS

Air Conditioner coils are the largest source of mold, microbial and endotoxin concentrations within the ventilation system. Even a minimum coil biofilm build up of debris 0.042 inches thick (imagine plastic wrap) on your air conditioner coils will substantially decrease system efficiency and performance by over 20 to 30 percent. Outstanding. We got a "red tag" from Enbridge for a leak. Cozy Comfort's experienced technician came by and fixed the problem in less than an hour for a reasonable rate.

The company whose installation caused this problem in the first place quoted me over $1000 for a rebuild of the exhaust vent which is just PVC pipes and would have left us without hot water for over a week. I'll go with Cozy Comfort Plus for all my heating & cooling maintenance from now on.

From installation to maintenance, Cozy Comfort Plus Inc. provided us with prompt, quality service. It took under a day to install our Mitsubishi split-type air conditioner in May, 2021. This week, they attended to cleaning our unit’s filters in less than a day’s notice.
