Carrier Weatherexpert – 50LC Commercial Rooftop Units

50LC WEATHEREXPERT® rooftop units were designed by customers for customers. They are Carrier’s most efficient commercial packaged rooftop ever produced and have the some of the industry’s highest IEERs available. The multi-stage cooling compressor allows for added comfort, energy savings, and humidity control. The unit is ideal for single zone variable air volume capability. Units are pre-wired and pre-charged with environmentally sound Puron® (R-410A) refrigerant at the factory. The units are factory tested in both heating and cooling modes.

Outstanding. We got a "red tag" from Enbridge for a leak. Cozy Comfort's experienced technician came by and fixed the problem in less than an hour for a reasonable rate.

The company whose installation caused this problem in the first place quoted me over $1000 for a rebuild of the exhaust vent which is just PVC pipes and would have left us without hot water for over a week. I'll go with Cozy Comfort Plus for all my heating & cooling maintenance from now on.

I've been a client of Cozy Comfort for 15 yrs. for any HVAC need or service.

My AC broke down in the heat wave and could not be repaired. I called and talked to Brian @ Cozy Comfort.
Explained I was looking for a specific Carrier model and a humidifier as well.
He managed to find it and had both installed by tech. Alex and his crew within a few days. They did a good job and took all garbage with them.

While being installed, other companies I had called for a quote were calling me to inquire what I was looking for. Told them too late!

During this unexpected breakdown in prime summer heat, Brian was patient, quick and fair getting the job done quickly.

These days it is difficult to give a positive review but I highly recommend dealing with Brian at Cozy Comfort for any service they offer.

We were looking to replace A/C, furnace and water heater and had a number of companies provide quotes. Brian of Cozy Comfort Plus was the most engaging person we met and most importantly, the person we trusted the most. His price was very competitive and we decided to go with him. His team of four men, led by Mir, came in and got the job done in one day. We are very happy with the Lennox equipment and the professional installation job done by Cozy Comfort Plus.
