I requested info online from a few places I found on the internet. Cozy Comfort was the most responsive, not just with the initial info request, but with back-and-forth calls, emails and a site visit. I wanted to convert my wood fireplace to gas, and Brian guided my through the whole process. He explained the type of unit I needed (gas insert), told me the different brands and models that would fit my fireplace opening, and explained the pros and cons of each.

Within a week of my first call, my new gas insert was installed, and a week after that, the stone mantle and hearth were in. The installers laid plastic to protect our flooring, maintained social distance, and were kind to my curious cat and dog. They walked me through how to use the fireplace once the gas insert unit was in. Also, my original fireplace was about 8 inches off-centre (wall is only 13’, so it was noticeable), and Cozy Comfort centred the new one - it looks stunning.

Thanks for everything, Cozy Comfort! I can’t wait for winter 😄

I can't stress enough how happy & pleased we are with our Napoleon BBQ. From the moment we walked into the showroom, we were met with a very friendly greeting.

My wife and I were so impressed with the calm, sincere and gracious demeanor of Brian. He answered all our questions, gave us his thoughts and professional opinions on everything inquired about.

We will definitely continue our business with Brian and the entire team at Cozy Comfort Plus.

Cozy Comfort Plus Inc. installed a new high efficiency furnace in our house two years ago and it has been operating perfectly ever since. Their service was straight forward, reasonably priced and good value for money. They even walked us through the complicated rebate program that was hard to understand without being involved in the industry.

I would highly recommend them for your next heating and cooling needs.
