Brian and his team did a great job and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. They installed a new heat pump system, furnace and tankless water heater. They dealt with a faulty water heater tirelessly, trying diagnose an unusual code that kept coming on, eventually replacing the unit. From installation to maintenance, Cozy Comfort Plus Inc. provided us with prompt, quality service. It took under a day to install our Mitsubishi split-type air conditioner in May, 2021. This week, they attended to cleaning our unit’s filters in less than a day’s notice.
